Indiana's most SELECT music award show with the most love.
We like to call ourselves a music city because we are a music city. This is an opportunity for us to protect, prolong, and preserve the musical history of Indiana. If we want other people to celebrate us, we must celebrate ourselves first. This is our time to do that.

I don't see my genre. What should I do?
Put your music in the genre that you feel it would fit best for the time being. If there ends up being enough interest to make a new category, we will certainly include that category.
Where is the venue and where should I park?
The Phoenix Theatre 705 N Illinois, 46204 Parking is located in the lot across from the venue and street parking is available.
When is the deadline to submit my music?
Submit your music no later than December 31, 2025. After that, submissions are closed.
What music can be submitted?
The 2026 Naptones will only be awarded for music released in 2025.
What is the dress code?
Formal. Tuxedos and evening gowns. If you don’t have either of those and can’t get either, just try to dress as close as you can. We won’t turn you away but dress up if you can. We just think it’d be cool.
What awards will given out?
There will be a total of 18 awards given. The exact awards are listed below: Album of the year in the following categories: 1. Rock/Punk/Metal 2. Rap 3. Jazz 4. Country 5. R&B 6. Pop/EDM 7. Folk/Americana 8. Blues 9. Reggae Single of the year in the following categories: 1. Rock/Punk/Metal 2. Rap 3. Jazz 4. Country 5. R&B 6. Pop/EDM 7. Folk/Americana 8. Blues 9. Reggae Finally, there will be two overall "Of the Year" awards given, regardless of genre: 1. Single of the Year 2. Album of the Year
